Partner Yoga + Thai Massage

  • Join Lindsey for an embodied experience designed to deepen connection, play, and care. This partner yoga workshop blends dynamic stretching, Thai massage–inspired techniques, and creative partner poses for an afternoon of fun with a close friend or significant other!

    You and your partner will move through supported stretches that build trust and communication, explore hands-on Thai massage assists, and pause to enjoy thoughtfully conversations and tea between segments. No yoga experience is required—just a willingness to be present and curious together.

    This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to share a meaningful couple's weekend experience rooted in connection... rather than performance.

    What to Expect:

    • Guided partner yoga with dynamic, accessible stretches

    • Introductory Thai massage techniques (face and hands)

    • Time to chat with other participants

    • A cozy, natural light setting with plenty of space for movement on mats.

    • Bring comfy clothes to move in, and a yoga mat

  • As a practitioner of yoga for over half my life and a teacher for more than a third of it, I have traveled far and wide and studied under some of the most incredible mentors and guides. My experiences as a teacher and student have guided my own spiritual growth, and I hope some of what I offer can equally benefit you on your wellness journey.

  • The best times to reach me are weekday afternoons, however I usually respond to emails within 12 hours.

  • I offer flexible pricing based on the service, energy involved, and the commute time to get somewhere (if I’m traveling).

    I do not always work within the confines of a monetary exchange for services—if you also have a skill or product to exchange, I’d be more than happy to do a trade of that nature!
