Thai Bodywork

By addressing both structural and energetic pathways, Thai Bodywork promotes a fully embodied experience of relaxation—enhancing physical mobility while also nurturing mental clarity and balance of subtle body energy and the chakras.
Thai Bodywork is a traditional Eastern modality of therapeutic touch that marries the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, Rooted in the integration of breath, movement, and deep holds that lengthen muscles and fascia, this practice supports alignment and restoration of fatigued muscles and eases tension that builds up from weightlifting and other forms of HIIT exercise.
Sessions are performed fully clothed on a floor mat. The receiver is passively guided through a series of assisted stretches, postures, and rhythmic movements, combined with targeted pressure, acupressure techniques, and therapeutic palpation. This structured but intuitively given touch helps to mobilize the joints, lengthen connective tissues, and release muscular tension, while also regulating the nervous system and the flow of energy (Chi) throughout the body.

Private Yoga

Private yoga sessions offer one-on-one instruction tailored to your body, goals, and schedule. Sessions focus on individualized alignment, modifications, and sequencing—whether you’re rehabilitating an injury, deepening a personal connection to yourself, managing stress, or preparing for an athletic event.
Benefits of private versus group yoga may include faster progress through targeted feedback, safer movement patterns customized to your own individual needs, and hands-on adjustments that match your energy levels and/or limitations. Private practice also creates a confidential space for exploring a more therapeutic approach to asanas, one that might take out the need to perform or show up in a certain way to match a group’s energy.
Ideal for beginners, returning practitioners, those with special conditions, or anyone wanting accelerated, sustainable results.

Thai + Private Yoga Combo

Pairing 45 minutes of yoga with 45 minutes of Thai bodywork creates a powerfully dynamic nervous system reset that leaves you feeling restored, grounded, and fully empowered.
Session will start with 45 minutes of yoga: intentional movement, breath work, and gentle sequencing to warm the body, release held tension, and shift you from fight-or-flight into a calmer parasympathetic state. Movement is aimed to optimize circulation, increases body awareness, and makes tissues more receptive to the deeper work of Thai.
The remaining 45 minutes will be Thai bodywork: slow, rhythmic compressions, passive stretches, and mindful pressure working on the deep fascia directly—encouraging profound relaxation, reducing guarded muscle tone, and balancing autonomic function. The practice is done intuitively based on your energy and unique anatomical needs.
Together, this two part treatment over time may enhances sleep, lowers stress hormones, improve range of motion, and promote a lasting sense of ease and clarity.
Partner Yoga + Thai Massage

Partner Yoga & Massage Guidance
A tailored service guiding couples and partners through partner yoga postures and complementary massage techniques— designed to deepen physical, mental, and spiritual connection for both individuals.
Sessions blend accessible partner asanas, synchronized breathwork, and guided mindful touch, cultivating trust, presence, and emotional intimacy.
Instruction is hands-on and safe, with step-by-step coaching and modifications for all bodies and experience levels. Couples will leave session with a simple but science-backed wellness routine to incorporate into their lives at home.
Small Group Wellness

Office yoga and staff wellness may just be the missing link to a thriving, happy workplace.
Studies have shown that group wellness—whether that’s yoga, chair yoga, or other mind-body practices (dance, Tai Chi, etc) often boosts energy midday, increases productivity, and improves team morale.
Easpecially for workplaces that require long hours of sitting, regular movement and mobility activites relieve neck, shoulder, and back tension that impair focus and cause that midday “slump”.

I am currently offering 30-60 minute sessions in yoga, chair yoga, breathwork, qi gong, and dance to offices and staffs within a 2 mile radius of Center City Philadelphia.

Chair Yoga

I have taught chair yoga for over a 3 years, guiding older adults and seniors through a blend of accessible twisting, lengthening, and mobility-based asanas—all with the fun and dynamic use of a chair.
I design each class around individual needs: joint-friendly sequencing, precise cues that avoid injury, breath-centered relaxation, balance support, and options that respect mobility differences, chronic pain, and neurological or cardiovascular conditions.
My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and rooted in functional yet playful movement—helping attendees move more easily in daily life, not just in the chair.
The benefits of chair yoga are endless. Just like mat yoga, it offers safer strength, balance, mobility, circulation, pain relief, and improved day-to-day function and stamina. It also reduces anxiety, encourages social connection when done in a group setting, and fosters improved mobility and range of motion when done consistently.
