About Me

Lindsey began practicing yoga in her teens to cope with the stress of school. While attending college in Philadelphia for art, Lindsey became an avid dancer and yoga enthusiast, trying every studio she could find in Philadelphia. She saved up to become a certified yoga teacher in 2021 through Three Queens Yoga, the one closest to where she has lived for the past decade in Queen Village. She recently completed her second yoga teacher training at Palo Santo Yoga and Wellness in March 2025.

Lindsey now teaches group classes at Tuck Barre and Yoga, Practice Yoga Studio, and all City Fitness locations. She has also done nonprofit work with Yoga4Philly and Mindfulness Through Movement.

Lindsey starts every class with an open heart and the mindset that her students and private clients are also her teachers—she believes her path as a healer will always be shaped and inspired by the people she meets along the way.

When she is not teaching or working with private clients, Lindsey is running her art business, Collide Zine, which hosts events and pop-ups for local creative entrepreneurs.
